How the personal automation tools operated by Lukasz Kowejsza handle information, including Google user data.

Effective: 9 October 2026 · Last updated: 9 October 2026

This is a personal, non-commercial hobby project. The associated Google OAuth connector is not a public application or a service offered to the general public. It is used only by Lukasz Kowejsza and family members whom he has explicitly authorized.

Scope

This notice applies to this website and private personal automation tools operated by Lukasz Kowejsza from Bonn, Germany. It explains what information is handled when an authorized person connects a Google account and uses requested email or job-application assistance.

Google user data and permissions

The connector requests only these Gmail permissions:

  • Gmail read-only (gmail.readonly), to read email message content and metadata needed for user-requested assistance.
  • Gmail send (gmail.send), only for Wioletta's authorized Google account, to send emails the authorized user has asked the tool to prepare or send.

Depending on the task, Google user data may include OAuth access and refresh tokens, email addresses, message headers, message content, and attachments selected or retrieved to fulfill the request.

How data is used and shared

Google user data is used solely to provide the requested personal email and job-application assistance. For example, the tool may retrieve relevant messages, help organize information, draft requested correspondence, or send a requested email where the authorized account has granted that permission.

Messages and attachments may be processed by Hermes, the personal automation software used by Lukasz, and configured AI model providers, currently OpenAI, when this processing is needed for the request. These providers are independent third-party processors and operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, rented, or shared for creditworthiness, insurance, employment screening, or other credit decisions. Lukasz does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens and selected Gmail data may be stored locally on a privately operated Mac mini controlled by Lukasz. Access is limited to the people and software needed to operate the private tool. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested assistance, maintain the private tool, or meet a legal obligation. Selected content may remain in local operational records until deleted or no longer needed.

Your choices

Authorized users can revoke the connector's Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future access through that authorization.

To request deletion of locally stored OAuth tokens or Google data associated with an authorized account, contact the address below. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time, subject to legitimate technical, legal, and security needs.
